Chen Chow Yeoh

Co-Founder, Fave

Chen Chow, the Co-Founder of Fave, one of South East Asia’s fastest-growing startup merchant digital platforms. What started out as the award-winning fitness sharing platform KFit in 2015, has since expanded into a multi-category O2O platform. Prior to that, he joined Groupon in 2012 as the COO for Groupon Malaysia and Taiwan and leading the regional operations for Groupon Asia Pacific; Product Manager at Jobstreet.com; and Management Consultant for Accenture. He is passionate about empowering young people and entrepreneurs. Chen Chow has also invested in a number of early-stage startups in the region as an angel investor.

Arif Tukiman

Co-Founder & CEO, Runcloud

Arif Tukiman is the co-founder and CEO of RunCloud and also the founder of Cool Code Sdn Bhd. He has years of experience with product management, business development, and strategy, and he was also a game developer previously in his first startup. 

The company, RunCloud has grown healthy within three years running since it's launch in 2017 and has been penetrating over 100 countries since then, the majority of users are from the USA, UK, Indonesia, and India. As an achievement, Arif has made RunCloud a regional winner for Startup World Cup 2018 and represents Malaysia amongst Top28 companies in Silicon Valley.

Razwan Zakaria

CPO, Aerodyne

Experienced Fintech, Razwan began his career in the Ministry of International Trade and Industry Malaysia; NanoMalaysia Berhad; and Malaysia Petroleum Resources Corporation. In 2017 he joined Aerodyne as Project Delivery Manager based in New South Wales, Australia. In 2020, he was appointed as the Senior Vice President and throughout his career at Aerodyne for more than 3 years, Razwan has shown exceptional performance, great synergy with the Aerodyne Group's objectives, and exemplary leadership qualities during his time at Aerodyne. 

Sam is the CEO and Co-Founder of pitchIN. pitchIN is a registered Recognised Market Operator (RMO) by the Securities Commission that offers an Equity Crowdfunding platform for companies to raise their funding and for the general investor community to invest.

Karen Puah

President, Fintech Association of Malaysia

Karen S Puah is the President at FinTech Association of Malaysia (FAOM). FinTech Association of Malaysia is the national platform for the FinTech community in supporting Malaysia becoming the leading hub for FinTech innovation and investment in the region. As an experienced Fintech ecosystem builder in Malaysia, Karen focuses on strategic digital marketing in a digital world, from online to offline, and the importance of curating a narrative that converts to results.

Sam Shafie

Co-Founder & CEO, pitchIN

Sam is the CEO and Co-Founder of pitchIN, a registered Recognised Market Operator (RMO) by the SC that offers an Equity Crowdfunding platform for companies to raise their funding and for the general investor community to invest. pitchIN is the leading Equity Crowdfunding platform in Malaysia, having raised RM160 million for 109 companies, to date. 

Sam is also one of the Co-Founders of the WatchTower and Friends (WTF) Accelerator, which has invested in over 50 early stage startups, including TheLorry, MoneyMatch, MyCash, Omnimatics, PostCo, ParkIt, Lapasar, Bereev, TrackerHero, JomPaw, Mesolitica, iConstruct, AdvanxHealth, Pomen, and Ejen2U, to name a few.

Brian Tan

Co-Founder & CEO, FutureLab

FutureLab.my is an ed-tech startup focused on preparing students, professionals and business owners for the future through skill-based mentorship. Prior to building FutureLab, Brian worked as a management consultant at Accenture, working on digital strategy & data analytic projects.

Shahrizan Abd Latif

Head of Education, WTF Accelerator

Shahrizan spent the early part of his career as an auditor with PriceWaterhouseCoopers gaining valuable experience in the technical aspects of business, accounting, finance and regulatory compliance. He has spent more than a decade as an entrepreneur realising opportunities in the education, skills and technology sector. He is currently the Head of Education for pitchIN Crowdfunding and WatchTower & Friends Accelerator.

Nadhir Ashafiq

Co-Founder, The Lorry

Nadhir Ashafiq, is the Co-Founder of TheLorry.co - a digital logistics platform that connects corporate and individual customers to owners of lorries, trucks, vans and pickup trucks in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia. Previously, he co-founded Glokalise, a social networking app, Nadhir completed his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and pursued his Master's in Finance at Curtin University Australia and has worked at CIMB investment banking and regional logistic company, ABDA Aviation as the Head of Finance & Admin.

Zaharah Malim

Zaharah Malim is a lawyer by profession and a registered Patent, Trademark, Industrial Design and Geographical Indication Agent duly registered with MyIPO. She founded Mindswitch Sdn Bhd to assist entrepreneurs in ensuring their ideas are legally protected and help them to exploit their IPs the right way.

Sharifah Rafidah

Managing Director, Cent@cube

Sharifah Rafidah spent most of her career in legal and secretarial capacity of private and Government Linked companies such as Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd, KLCC Holdings Berhad and Teraju Bumiputera Corporation. She embarked on an entrepreneurial career path in 2015. Since then, she pursued various business ventures, collaborating with the Sarawak Government, Companies Commission of Malaysia and other agencies to assist and facilitate business growth and development of new entrepreneurs. Currently, Sharifah Rafidah is the Company Secretary of Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad, Putrajaya Perdana Berhad, Razak School of Government, Malaysian Institute of Economic Research and Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd.

Hanif Marzuki

CEO, Youth Ventures Asia

Hanif is the Chief Executive Officer of Youth Ventures Asia: a youth development company that accelerates the growth of youth in Southeast Asia with a technology-enabled ecosystem. Youth Ventures Asia also offers a platform for brands to reach out to youth and activate them based on their skills, passion, and talents. Prior to this, he was the co-fonder of Qtix; a mobile integrated queue management system one of the graduate first cohort of MaGIC Accelerator Program and EatThisAsia a food media company. Prior to the pandemic, he travels around Malaysia to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs with StartupMalaysia and help university students to build startups with StartupWeekend.
